Civil Engineering

The M. Tech. (Online) program in Construction Engineering and Project Management will cover the end-to-end lifecycle of infrastructure and building projects. The program is designed to equip working professionals with advanced technical and managerial competencies required for planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of large-scale projects. The courses will be organized around two broad pillars: (i) Construction Engineering and (ii) Project Management, ensuring a strong technical foundation alongside managerial and leadership capabilities. Within each pillar, course content will be closely aligned with current industry needs and expectations, integrating contemporary practices, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies in the construction sector.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum CPI 5.5 or 55% marks in the qualifying degree

  • A valid score above department-stated cut-off in approved national- level exams as applicable to the program discipline (GATE),

or

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Engineering. (Candidates with a bachelor’s degree in other disciplines but with strong relevant construction experience may also be considered).
  • Selection through interview

  • Professionals with over 5 years of relevant experience as defined by the concerned department.
  • Applicants with valid national-level test scores above the department specified cut off.
  • Candidates nominated* by Government/Defence/recognized organizations
